Here, we are carrying the cultural characterization of axenic experimental cyanobacterial strain,

analyze the commercially available neem extracts on cyanobacterial strain and outdoor application of

neem and cyanobacterial inoculum to the potted Rice plant soil to study the Agronomic potential of Rice

plant in order of panicle length, grain yield and number.

Dissertation Trainee

Title: "Production of functional food, fruit ravioli with antihypertensive peptides”

Working on the activity of lactic acid bacteria isolated from OMFED curd, tested their proteolytic

activity by isolating those proteolytic bacteria & determining the Angiotensin converting enzyme

inhibitory activity (ACEI), by the direct spectroscopic method.

Finally, watermelon ravioles is developed, a functional food conferring antihypertensive effects on

bioactive peptides formed by fermented milk as well as nutritional values of the fruit.
