Responsible for setup a new manufacturing plant and managed operation of manufacturing plant, having more than 800 head counts, 326000 sq feet with total of sales of $177 million and the successful development and execution of the Company wide manufacturing strategy. Direct and coordinate plant operations include Production, Quality, Supply chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Material and Maintenance, within company policies and procedures.

Handled independently a technology transfer project includes Installation & commissioning of nonferrous alloy powder-manufacturing facility in consultation with foreign collaborator for export of the same to major American automotive component manufacturer.
