2016 Introduction of Teflon bushing on Premasher agitator base to arrest constant abnormalities of the agitator.

2017 Redesigning of plant Caustic mixing tank agitator drive (Served for more or less 18months before the availability of the OEM drive). 2017 Fabrication and modification of damaged Sorghum transfer

(Buhler)screw worm (Served more or less 1year before new replacement was made).

2020 Services of Mash filter(Landaluce) hydraulic cylinder seals (Save the company the cost of Inviting OEM for the repairs as well as Oil loss). 2020 Repacking and servicing of leaking mash tun 2(Krones) stuffing box which started leaking after 2months of OEM intervention. This eliminates extract loss and increases productivity.

2020 Modification of sugar dissolving tank 2(Buhler) agitator from teflon bushing to bearing. This reduced the failure rate, saved the cost of weekly repair of the agitator and increased productivity. 2020 Stripping and gaskets replacement on Deaerated water plant heat exchanger(GEA) (Saved the company more or less 7.9m of inviting OEM). 2021 Replacement of rice polisher(Buhler) broken grinding stone

(saved the company OEM service cost)
