Objective: Seeking opportunities and internships in the fields of electrical and computer engineering and computer science.
Education:
Cornell University School of Engineering Graduation Year:Dec 2022
● Coursework:CS 2110: Object-Oriented Programming, Math 1920: Multivariable Calculus, Math 2930: Differential Equations, ECE 2300: Digital Logic and Computer Organization, ECE 2100: Introduction to Circuits, ECE 2200: Signals and Information
● (In Progress) ECE 3140: Embedded Systems, CS 3410: Computer System and Organization, Math 2940: Linear Algebra for Engineers
Languages: Java, Python, Matlab, Julia, HTML, CSS, Javascript Research Experience:
Engineering Summer Math Institute (ESMI) 2020
Network Analysis: COVID-19 (Julia)
● Collected and cleaned governmental data on county population, land mass and population density in Excel
● Created diffusion model which conveyed the infection network of COVID-19
● Utilized the ideas of eigenvector centrality and PageRank to predict and capture neighboring counties’ inherent capacity to spread COVID-19 (i.e. locating
“hotspots”)
ENGRI 1165: Climate Change and You, the Engineer 2020 Renovating Existing Homes to Achieve Carbon Neutrality
● Researched and evaluated the different renewable technologies and methods to implement the most cost-effective (budget of $70,000 or less) and environmentally sustainable features: such as rooftop solar panels, solar water heating, geothermal heating and cooling, energy-efficient LED lighting and airtight insulation to limit the use of the HVAC
● Modeled the home with renewable technologies using CAD Pennsylvania Governor's School for the Sciences (Carnegie Mellon University Summer Program) 2016
Formation and Analysis of 123 and 2223 Cuprate Superconductors
● Researched on the creation and applications of superconductors at high temperatures
● Developed the Tc of the compounds through means of partial and full-scale substitution from the parent compound YBa2Cu3O7-x and Bi2Sr2Ca2O10-x.
● Performed analysis by x-ray diffraction and showed that partial and full-scale substitution of some elements did raise the Tc while other elements had the opposite effect
Extra-Curricular Experience:
Engineering Design Club/Robotics
● Underrepresented Minorities in Computing (URMC) 2019
● National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) 2018
● Greater Philadelphia SeaPerch & SeaGlide (autonomous) Competitions (underwater robotics) 2013-2017
