Provided intuitive solutions to an enterprise product that visualizes the data from Nokia-powered Service Provider concerning logistics and IoT, from initial concept to high-fidelity visual prototyping:

• Collaborated with the PM, engineers and cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business goals into personas and storyboards;

• Contributed to a design system (typography, colors, pattern library, etc.) with Sketch to facilitate consistency and develop brand identity;

Led the user-centered design process to launch a web-based dashboard that helps to analyze complex IT issues, serving 16 sites globally:

• Executed in-depth user research including usability testing, stakeholder interviews and site metrics to identify pain points in old IT troubleshooting journey, thus helping inform design and optimize the user flow;

• Led a team of 6 UX interns and partnered with researchers and PM in an agile environment to ship 10+ projects for the networking app Pop;

• Reestablished the user flow and iterated over core matching features such as Pop Card and Feed based on market insights and user feedback, which increased the daily active users by 180% as of July;

• Conducted competitive analysis of 18 products extracting design insights and formulating opportunity areas for product strategies;
