At Fluor (Dec 10-Present)

• BASF Ethylene Oxide Project

This is a reimbursable type EPC project for BASF at Antwerp, Belgium. Presently working as Lead Process Engineer for developing all Process deliverables of Ethylene Oxide Unit. Leading a team of ten process engineers.

• SABIC - Yanpet EG2 Efficiency Improvement Project This was a reimbursable type FEED project for SABIC at Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. Worked as Sr. Process Engineer for developing all Process deliverables of Ethylene Glycol Unit.

• Tengiz- Chevron Oil (TCO)

This was a reimbursable type FEED plus EPC project for TCO at Kazakhstan. Presently working as Process Lead Engineer for developing over 600 Utility Flow Diagrams for entire complex. Received ‘Award of Recognition’ for finalizing drawings for AFC issue. Lead a team of four Process Engineers.

• Jamnagar Gasification Project

This was a reimbursable type FEED plus EPC project for Reliance Industries Limited at Jamnagar. Presently working as Area Lead Engineer for Cooling Water System, Sulfuric Acid Storage, Methanol Storage System and Flare System. Have been active participant in P&ID review meeting with Client and member of Hazop team for Cooling water, Sulfuric Acid Storage, Methanol Storage System and Flare. Received ‘Award of Recognition’ for Cooling water network finalization and received appreciation email by Fluor Houston.

• BASF Dahej Project

This was a reimbursable project for BASF Dahej unit. Was involved initially with Utilities section, then Marine Terminals & Jetty Facilities in KU unit and finally with Care Chemicals Unit. Worked on batch plants and interacted directly with Client on a day-to-day basis. Maximized cost saving ideas in Value Engineering sessions (a joint session conducted by BASF and Fluor) and SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) reviews.

• Swanhills In-situ Coal Gasification project

Headed a team of four Process engineers and executed Swanhills Pre-FEED class IV estimate (+30 to -40%) project. The project was submitted ahead of schedule and booked less than allocated man-hours. A ‘job well done’ was also awarded by Fluor Calgary office for the same.

• Accelerated Process candidates’ recruitment activities for Fluor New Delhi office for mid and senior level position.

• Chaired Training Coordination and Mentorship for Process GETs. At SK Engineering & Constructions (Oct 09-Dec 10) / Bechtel (May 08- Apr 09) / UOP/Honeywell (Apr 06- May 08) / Reliance Industries Limited (Apr 03- Apr 06)

• Worked as Process Area Lead for Booster Station-132, an LSTK EPC project for Kuwait Oil Company, at SKE&C, Gurgaon. Worked on Vendor drawings and participated in vendor selection meeting.
