Since 2006 I have been serving with well-established civil engineering firms and worked at mega projects in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Oman and Pakistan. I have around 14 year’s relevant experience.

1. Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labor costs. 2. Preparing, negotiating and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts. 3. Preparing bill of quantities (BOQ) for tender and contracts & revising the bill of quantities as per demand of other parties for valuing the increase of contract cost. 4. Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues. 5. Preparing change orders and escalation or de-escalation as per contract. 6. Valuing completed work and arranging for payments. 7. Preparing Payment Certificates (IPC & Final) and proceed for verifying of submitted quantities and approving payments.

8. Preparing Bar Bending Schedule from shop drawing or direct from design drawing, for claim in payment certificates and also for site fabrication & placement. 9. Deeply study reinforcement drawings for control the wastage and also prepared the proposal for wastage control.

13. Preparing Sketches on Cad or PDF files for payment certificates. 14. Finalization of sub-contractor bills, Negotiation with sub-contracts, controlling sub- contractors progress as per contract and specification, and maintaining the accounts. 15. 17. Follow the stander measurement method for claim or as per contract terms and conditions, familiar with FIDIC red book, documents and volumes. 18. Preparing material statement as per requirement and monitoring store balance status regarding material wastage controlling.

Maintaining complete set of Contract agreement, Technical Specifications, updated Construction drawings and contractual correspondence at site, and updating the Site office record like RFI, MIR, Specs, QS takeoff sheets, progress records, daily man power, equipment status, and weather status, invoices record etc. 20.
