Position Summary; -

Nearly more than 23 years of experience in HR & Administration Management (Construction Industry), To assist the Human Resources Department in the Company Human Resources activities, including Recruitment & Selection, Performance Evaluation / management, Training & Development, Policies & Procedures Implementations as per ISO standard, Compensation & Benefits, CTC negotiation Personnel management, Salary Records & revisions Employee Relation / Welfare, MIS Report and Manpower Planning / Budgeting.

Management of transportation (pick up and drops to airport / Railway station, meeting and other official work) arranging Air / Train ticket etc. Monitoring the attendance, sick /casual leaves and vacation of expatriate personnel. Arranging accommodation, for employees and also arranging guest house / Hotel for senior Management.

Liaising with Lab our, Police, Pollution, Electricity, Custom, Immigration, RTO, & other Govt. / Local bodies.

HR Management;

Managing teams of workers, and deal with personnel issues such as the recruitment, training and discipline of staff

Defining job positions for recruitment and managing the interview process.

Induction of new joiners.

Managing personnel’s individual and collective development, such as training, assessment and promotions. Overseeing the smooth running of HR-related.

Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.

Keeping records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.

Monitoring time office software / attendance register.

Managing the complete recruitment life –cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources.

Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review & safety.

Coordinating payroll system of staff and workers.

Preparing / Supervision, list of new joiners, salary revisions, absconding staff and relieved staff

Conducts wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rate.

Update and maintain personnel employees file.

Taking initiative and necessary action to improve employee’s productivity to employee’s satisfaction

Update leave, PF ESI and must roll.

Ensure to taking immediate action against any administrative offense.

Monitoring and checking physically attendance on daily basis.

Exit Process and full & final settlements.

Processing resignations Issuing relieving letter and handling it to relieved employee, full & final settlement and released their Service Certificate after ensuring that the employees owned no dues.

Responsible all necessary compliances related to PF, ESI Gratuity etc.

Providing necessary MIS of HR function to top Management.

Taking end to-end ownership for employee relations including formulating and implementing employee relations strategies and organizational goals.

ADMINISTRATION MANAGEMENT:

Monitoring Camp / Guest house, staff and workmen’s.

Monitoring / supervision accommodation, fooding, transportation to staff and workmen’s .

Obtaining Work License from Lab our department as per Project requirement with consulting of Project Director / Manager

Submission of Quarterly, half yearly and annual report to concerned department.

Liaising with Lab our, Police, RTO, electricity, pollution, & other Government and non-government authority.

Preparation of all documents for expediting customs activities at republic of Kazakhstan

Managing multiple task simultaneously and meeting tight time line

Hired, Equipment, Vehicles from outside vendor as per project required.

Coordinate with IT Department regarding SIM card / Laptop / Data Card arrangement.

Travel arrangement.

Monitoring / supervision Driver’s, Office, Pantry, Printing & Stationery .

Set up travel arrangement Airline, Train reservation, shuttle service and hotel accommodations etc.

Designed spreadsheets, slide shows, presentation, chart, graphs and other documentation as needed.

Prepared company literature, documentations, expense report, presentations and any press release.
