Working as a Senior Planner in the Project Management and Construction Management Division of KEO International Consultants in Doha Qatar since 2009. Project planning-evaluation of Contractor’s baseline programmes, progress target S-Curves, programme progress monitoring - rolling 2-week look ahead programmes, earned value assessment from cost loaded programmes, critical path analysis and Contractor delays assessment for mitigating Contractor’s claim for additional prelims costs for time extensions. 2. Evaluation of Contractor extension of Time Claims, assessing claims using Claim Digger in Primavera p6, use of both As-planned method as well as Time Impact Analysis to assess the Contractor Claims for extension of time. 3. Reconciling the differences on the extension of time evaluated as appropriate, based on the two methods aforesaid, and preparation of extension of time report for the Client.

4. Revisiting the Contractor’s links in the programme to arrive at a logical sequence for the activities to mitigate excessive Total Float and lags. 5. Evaluation of time impact. Engineer’s time estimate for Variations: Preparation of subnet-work of activities viz fragnets as a basis for time estimate and including the fragnet into the base-line programme to ascertain the time impact of the variation for approval of the Engineer/Client. Upon approval inclusion of the same into the programme to know the time impact of the project Finish Milestone.

Expo 2020 – Expo Village Project

The work includes the full scope of planning supervisory works for the construction of 15 multi-storey towers with all residential facilities in 3 Contract Parcels for the Client Dubai World Trade Center. Expo Village.

Expo Village is the residential component located in the south west side of a wider master plan of 438 hectares. It is being privately developed by DWTC as an investment project based upon achieving commercial returns through sales and leasing primarily to the residential and retail markets, with an initial requirement to deliver 2,100 units for Expo ahead of the event. The development will be implemented in phases and will be offered for sale to private investors. The development is targeting the middle-income market with an intended product positioning to meet this mid-range of the market. The development will also include community facilities (school, clinics, nurseries and open space) to achieve a critical mass of sufficiency and provide a real sense of community, amenity and livability.
