I studied towards a National diploma in Language Practice, due to lack of finances, I could not graduate but I have completed my studying period and still want to continue further. Through my studying years, I am good in editing and proofreading, translating texts from English to Northern Sotho, creative writing and Computer Usage which I studied as a subject that accounts for MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint and that proves I have good computer skills.

I have gained excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, the ability of interacting with other people. I have also developed strong time management. I have a clear and logical mind, I strive to see things to completion, I have the ability to work on my own and I also have good team dynamics which helps me work well with others. I am prepared to learn and gain more experience.

I have worked for JunkMail Marketplaces for a period of 5 years before retrenchment. I was a Receptionist at Junkmail for 3 years, then I got promoted to be the Sales Support for the Jobmail department within the company. In the 5 years of working for the company, I have gained sales skills and excellent client service skills.

I have developed excellent communication and problem-solving skills in JunkMail. I have gained experience in Editing/Proofreading, Admin, Marketing and Advertising, Operating the Switchboard and I still want to grow, gain more experience and up-skill myself as much as possible.
