Acting Position: TMM Foreman – Kimberley Ekapa Mining JV
Reporting directly to the 2.13.1 TMM Engineer.
Supervising the weselton TMM team.
Analyse breakdowns of previous shift at the beginning of each shift by analysing relevant communication and allocate resources accordingly
Communicate equipment information and changes to relevant stakeholder to minimize - production delays
Co-ordinate and support the implementation of the operational requirements of the mines environmental policy.
Determine schedules, assign work and manage the performance of assigned personnel to - ensure the achievement of production targets.
