It is the use of a smaller engine in a vehicle that provides the power of a larger engine, through the use of recent technologies like turbocharger and supercharger. It is the result of car manufacturers attempting to provide more efficient vehicles that emit less emissions, also increases the stability of vehicle.

Erosion Resistance of Tungsten Carbide for High Temperature Applications:

The objective is to find the best specialized coating material which will work under the high temperature erosion resistant applications in power recovery turbines and aircraft gas turbine compressor sections. The specimens of different specialized coatings will be prepared by Thermal Spray Coating Technique. The prepared specimen will be tested by using erosion testing machine with respect to various parameters such as temperature, velocity of gas, nozzle angle and testing duration
