1. ISLK DELIVERY: In this stage we need to create project in small world application, analyzing of input sources and placement of Fiber cables, suppor infrastructure, connectivity devices and building of connectivity from CO to End user.

2. FINALDELIVERY: In this stage we need prepare reports like conduits information, cables information and all supporting structures information’s in the form of PDFs and Excel format. And we need to prepare price list of project, This Is Final Output of Project. Roles and responsibilities in FTTH:

Study the input Design plan & Feeder plan which have given from client.

Verification and validation of all address available in PTA comparing with FTTH-DB and will get any discrepancy between these systems raise query to the client through PAR site.

Create the projects for Feeder and Drop specification separately.

In Feeder project need to serve the feeder cable from OMDF to the splice location of every MIZ of MAZ and do the fiber connectivity at OMDF side then prepare the reports for deliverables then project should be post.

In Drop project need to serve the mini-cables from Splice location into the customer premises.

Finally prepare the Price list and respective reports in PDF format for deliverables and then need to post the project.

2:Swisscom- FTTS

Roles and responsibilities:

Graphic Realignment of Telecom features like Cables, Terminals, Poles etc o the new land base with reference to the old land base.

Day to day interaction with the client and gathering the requirements

Finalizing the fiber, structure sizes and trench routes.

Proposing the new routes according to duct occupancies.

Preparing detail design plans.

The main objective of project is to Segmentation of Iris from an eye image is an important step in any Iris recognition System. Because, the performance accuracy of the Iris Recognition system will be affected by the segmentation of Iris. In this project, a new approach for the segmentation of non-ideal iris images is proposed.
