Programming for new product introduction(NPI).

Handled different SMT Machine (TOPAZ, YAMAHA, SCREEN PRINTER, REFLOW OVEN & WAVESOLDERING)

Designing and implementing controls required for assembly machine with increased productivity.

Assigning its equivalent database for the components from machine library and BGA, QFN, DFN, CONNECTOR and new components database creating.

Independently accountable for monitoring production process, identify any defect/ deviations and taking preventive actions.

Responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance for SMD machine and reflow machine.

Review and analyse Temperature profiling.

Participate in continuous improvement meeting.

Rework and Repair of Fine Pitch Components Leadless Devices Caps, Resistors and all SMT and T Hole components.

Able to identify critical process parameters to be monitored.

Knowledge in Manual testing.

Troubleshooting and debugging according to PCA boards.

Inspection of PCA boards according to IPC standards.

Handle the ROHS & Non- ROHS Product.
