I am currently employed as a delivery driver. I deliver lumber and building materials to various

contractors throughout the Iron Range. When I was not delivering, I work in the lumber yard. I

drive several different Class B trucks, including one with a crane that I use to unload larger

deliveries. At times I have to manually unload deliveries for the customer, which requires a lot of

physical exertion, so I am in good health and physical condition. I left the first time to take a job at

Edwards Oil, and returned here on 5/29/19.

considered to be the main delivery driver in the busy downtown areas of Duluth and Superior.

I loaded the truck, delivered supplies, etc. and collected on the accounts, so I was parking and

moving about in various types of traffic and weather conditions. I was also trusted with carrying

varying amounts of cash that were collected from some accounts. My employer knew that I was

here temporarily, as I was trying to obtain a position where I could use my Class A license, and

I left this position to go to Latvala Lumber, my first step forward in being able to use that Class A

License. He would give me a good reference.

I worked at Arrowhead Promotion in the Maintenance department. My duties included but were not limited to: grounds keeping such as mowing, raking, painting, trimming, snow blowing, shoveling and etc., indoor building inspection including boiler inspection in the company's various buildings, maintenance and cleaning, as well as mail runs to the post office with the company truck and handling mail. I am forklift certified, and I currently hold a class C Special Boilers license. I was employed here for 8 years and have also worked in the Production department doing assembly and various labor related tasks such as packaging and weighing for outgoing mail shipments. I worked in the Checking department as well, doing some clerical, and processing rebates for various clients. Job duties required accuracy and attention to detail. Various other duties as company required. My position was eliminated in September 2016 due to cutbacks. They wrote me a letter of recommendation to qualify me for the Displaced Worker’s Program, so I returned to school at Hibbing Community College to obtain my Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
