* With all my experience I started into the world of case management. My experiences in Home Health and Hospital environment is being utilized for greater outcomes in the case management world of auto insurances and workers compensation.

U.S. Medical Management/Visiting Physicians Association 2005-2012 Regional Director for Western Michigan and Northern Indiana. VPA pioneered a unique niche in the healthcare industry by bringing healthcare to the patient. I started with one branch/practice that had a total of two and one-half doctors, then grew this to 10 doctors and 1 nurse practitioner.

I started up two other branches (one in northern Indiana). I had been given the responsibility for growing the Kalamazoo office, as well. Gentiva Health Services (formerly Olsten) 1995-2005 Branch Director of 4+ million dollar operation in one location. We do Certified, Non-Certified and Staffing business, in addition to supporting a large orthopedic program. JCAHO Accredited.

I direct the operation both clinically as RN and also the Medicare Administrator for this location, as well as assist in the Sales area. Operationally manage the budget and collections.

Ultimately responsible for over 150 employees, which includes an office staff of 13. Built this operation from $15,000/wk to $75-80,000/wk operations in 5 years. Worked closely with Marketing to grow business to current volume. Critical Care Systems 1983-1985

· Branch Director of the infusion company. This operation was new to the community.

· Worked closely with the pharmacist to fill our orders.

· Did the majority of the visits for most of our infusion clients. Very knowledgeable to pick the list of supplies for infusion clients for the delivery of the their infusion.

· Nurse educator for clients to be able to do their own infusion in 1 visit.

· I started up Infusion Nurses Society in Western Michigan. Above contains the last 19 years of my career.

Now for the early years of my nursing career:

I worked as a float RN and I did the following:

· ER, OB, Delivery, Surgery Recovery and Med-Surg.

· Urology floor for men which also had Peritoneal Dialysis

· Post ICU floor

· Telemetry floor proficient in telemetry rhythm

· Worked in a clinic with 4 cardiologist doing Holter monitors for their business which included a 50 mile radius and was in charge of EKG Department for this clinic of 50 doctors.

· Charge CCU in two hospitals

· Hospital Supervisor

· Caremark doing home infusion

· Surgical ICU

· Started up a Pacemaker Clinic for Dr. Wendt Cardiologist Education

• During this time I also, attended classes at Purdue University in Biology, English, Microbiology, Bio-Chemistry, and Pharmacology this was included in my degree of nursing.

• Medicare training through Gentiva total of 7 years of experience actual use and 4 surveys both Medicare and JCAHO. We passed with no clinical issues in my 10 years at Gentiva.

• JCAHO accreditation with a start up company (Critical Care Systems Infusion) and passed without conditionals

• I started up another home care company - Pinnacle Senior Care (a sister company to Visiting Physicians). I helped pass their first CHAPS survey without and conditionals and was noted by CHAPS to be the best start up Pinnacle in all the branches.

• Also, while I was at Visiting Physicians. VPA was in review with Medicare for doctors visits not being accurate to the billing. At this time I became very proficient in auditing doctors notes to be more billable and accurate.

• I have also, done consulting for home health agencies to make sure that their visits are billable so they are medicare ready for an audit. Professional memberships/COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES
