Role: Business Analyst February 2015 - January 2017 Company Profile: - A leading cellular operator which provides 3G, GSM, LTE, CDMA & HSIA services. Projects:

• Preparing EMF Database in Microsoft Excel using Pivot tables, formulas and VLOOKUP’s. Analyzing, maintaining master tracker and Preparing Indexing as per DOT (Department of Transmission) Guideline.

• Accumulating all the reports coming from various sources. Analyzing, and correcting reports to ensure correct data. Upgrading, and maintaining tracker of self and other operators.

• Creating reports with required metrices and KPI’s as per given priority queue and within specified SLA’s.

• Making GSM, CDMA KPI reports in Excel & analyzing it regarding Network, BSC & cell wise.

• Site audit & network optimization.

• Analyzing & rectifying Neighbor discrepancies, non-symmetrical Neighbor, adjacent Co-BISC, Co- CH and Adj-CH neighbors.

• RF Pre - Post drive test & on Field Optimization, Reports analysis and validation.
