QUALIFICATIONS

I have 35 years experience in a production environment, 5 years in the food industry, 21 in the plastics industry. Seven of those years as a hands on supervisor, eleven years as a lead in the maintenance department. Responsibilities include Maintaining Budgets for the equipment, tooling, and facility. Establishing and maintaining machine logs, parts inventory, PM schedules and records. Training of the maintenance technicians, supervisors and operators. Set-up, troubleshooting and maintenance of all machinery.

This includes mold changes, head tooling such as pins dies or complete heads, also all down stream equipment such as part removers, conveyors, trimmers, case sealers, leak testers, stretch wrappers, baggers and heat tunnels/ovens. Troubleshooting processing problems, mechanical problems and electrical problems. Also responsible for all preventative maintenance of all plant equipment, this includes all support equipment such as: air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, dryers and all material handling equipment.
