Initiative Overview: This application is an integrated solution for property management. NearLuk offering the registrations is of two types like tenant/owner and Agent. Where the users can give the property for rent as well as can take the property for rent/lease. An agent is a person who connect Owner to Owner as well as Owner to agent and vice versa. Registered users can bid to the properties and also view the top bided properties. User can compare two or three properties so the found the reliable from his/her viewpoint. Additional feature NearU Helps the user to find out the properties within the range of 5kms range from the preferred location.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding the Requirements based on Specification document

• Involving Test Scenarios & Test Cases developing.

• Involved in Preparing FRS document.

• Review and conducting feasibility study of Test Scenarios.

• Prepare TestNG class methods (test scripts) with priorities.
