Objective

I would like the opportunity to work with a new company where I can best utilize my logistics and warehouse abilities, as well as my computer skills. Which include, Maximo, people soft, Kim’s, currently working with Yang Enterprises as a Senior Logistics specialist. I am looking for a opportunity to expand my capabilities. Manage and track inventory to maintain accurate levels of bench stock while updating Maximo Production to ensure inventory is correct.

Work in Maximo to process orders for the customers, and for work order kitting that is requested. I then pull the material from the warehouse to support all surrounding areas. I currently operate the Drexel’s and mini lifts to help pull stock.

Processed parts and chemicals. Ordered material needed for jobs coming in and out of the main warehouse using Maximo production.

Created records for each product/part used in Facilities program using, Maximo production system to increase accuracy of parts ordered.

Check all parts and tools for updated calibration and if not completed we send the parts or tools out to be calibrated before they are issued.

Crawler Mechanical Technician

February 2007- April 2011 United Space Alliance, Kennedy Space Center

Responsible for mechanical support of OTS (Orbiter Transporter). Independently perform the PM’s on pneumatic systems to include air compressors, would also perform Preventative Maintenance of Hydraulic Systems and cylinders, fire systems and Brakes.

Responsible for mechanical support and maintenance on Crawler 1&2. Perform the PM’s when scheduled on the Pneumatic systems, hydraulic steering skids, R&R of bearings, and work on automated greasing system for the Crawler shoes, pressure checks on hydraulic pressure lines. Perform oil and filter changes for the drive train. Read blueprints in order to perform the job.

Responsible for mechanical and maintenance support for the SRM (Solid Rocket Motor Transporter). Pneumatic system troubleshooting and repairs that need to be performed for Preventative maintenance on steering cylinders, wheel alignments and perform adjustments to hydraulic valves.

Back up lead to 10 mechanical technicians. Check daily work, input daily, monthly and annual Preventative Maintenance schedules. Daily interact with Quality, delegate work including maintenance, modification, refurbishment and troubleshooting. Worked on handrails on crawler. Checked and fixed if needed.

Daily interact with management to plan and take corrective action of daily work.
