Mini Project: Electronic Control Security System

Duration: One Week (8 days)

This mini project is done in my third year of engineering. This uses the Arduino Camera for the security surveillance. And IR sensors to detect any obstacles and send the signal to camera to snap the picture and store it.

P&ID Modification for Fuel Depot

Duration: 5 days

This is the project done when I was going internship. The project is changing the diesel(tank) line connection to petrol(tank) line.

Drowsiness Detection And Alert Using Deep Learning Duration: Three Weeks (20 days)

The concept of deep learning uses the Open CV function to cascade the eye separately from the face. In this the convex hull function uses the concept of eye aspect ratio for the detection of closing of the eye. If the eye aspect ratio value is less than the threshold value, the counter starts to increase until the driver opens the eye. The notification will be displayed on the mobile application for alerting the driver, if the driver fails to response the given notification the speed of the motor will be reduced by using the concept of pulse width modulation(PWM). Once the counter reaches the threshold value the motor will gets stopped completely and the message will be send to the given number.

Prize for the Project

I got third price for the final year project. In my college, on 14 th

March 2020 there was a final year project

expo. In that expo, our team got the third price for the project output and performance of each one them in our team.

I had done an internship in Trend Instrumentation and Automation Pvt LTD in Association with Space Zee for Five days. In that internship, I learned many basics things of Instrumentation Engineer work in industry. And I gained some basic concept of Piping & Instrument Diagram (P&ID), Datasheet, Instrument Index, Input / Output List.

Attended PLC and SCADA workshop for three days in my college, which was conducted by Zenmaq Automation Pvt LTD. In that workshop, I got some ideas about industrial automation tools like PLC, SCADA, HMI. And I learned how to program ladder logic with basics like timer and counter. Visited BGR site when the skid manufacturing process was going on. Got a chance to see the control valve in mechanical and remote type.
