JOB PROFILE:

Installation of Paint Shop

Booth Balancing

Calculation of paint usage per body,coating film on body,sludge from over spray,VOC

Maintenance of Entire Paint Shop and all other shops.

Entirely responsible for Mechanical installations and commissioning of Paint shops, Weld Shop, Fire Fighting projects in automotive companies.

Study of RFQ, Project Planning, Scheduling, BOQ, Cost Controlling, Executing, Commissioning, Production support & Maintenance of plant.

Erection, Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance of all Mechanical equipment proportional to Electrical Equipment’s used in Automobile paint shop & Weld shop.

Provide Production Support to client and do modifications as per the site requirement.

Erection & Commissioning of Conveyor System, Process System and modification as applicable to system requirement.

Meeting with client periodical in order to solve the problem facing during erection as well as commissioning and further review the project schedule.

Responsible for achieving installations Bottlenecks and mutual agreed targets.

Prepared monthly and weekly schedule considering the site conditions resource requirement and clients delivery dates.

Check and ensured all technical inputs like drawings and all corrective measures were taken in case of discrepancies.

Monitoring project progress with all concerns department and training subordinates members.

Organize technical meetings with respective subcontractors to discuss drawings, material, delivery, cost and process.

Developing and implementing process methods and its controls to improve cost saving, delivery and quality.

Experience hands in Shut down work, planning, project execution & completion.

After successfully testing and commissioning hand over the plant to end users.

Provide Service after sales/ maintenance of installed shops.

Ensure complete and accurate documentation of technical data.

Working knowledge of Production Process of Chasis, Body & Plastic Paint shop.

Coordination with PPC for producing part at paint shop till handover.
