Roles as Junior Design Engineer:

Design the 2D & 3D model for forging with technical specification, GD &

T as per Customer STD.

Preparing Forging Cost estimation of customer part drawing.

Preparing Forging proposal drawing, getting approval from customer and

attending customer suggestions under guidance of Head of Department.

Design and Development of Tooling Dies.

2D, 3D modeling, and Drafting using Ug-Nx 10 and AutoCAD 2016.

Preparation of Technical Documents.

Releasing the Design for Manufacturing.

Co-ordination with senior engineers, Quality Control Dept., Quality

Assurance Dept. and Tool Room For Suggestions to meet project goals.
