ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES DETAILING ASPECTS:

• Generate Plans, Diagrams, Sections, Elevations, Details and 3D drawings, renders and Schedule in Revit based on IFC drawings for Coordination and Construction.

• Maintaining standards throughout the various stages of the design drawings and following the Design workflow and Project Control System (PCS).

• Ensuring compliancy with local standards and International Building Codes

• Maintaining and proper utilization of Project standards, templates and content and ensuring that all sub-contractors are following the project standards and protocols.

• To complete drawings and work to the highest standard, ensuring a high-quality product that is being delivered to clients/ consultants

• Produce shop drawings as per detail and able to make revisions within short time frame.

• Coordinate with all other discipline/ sub-contractors to produce a coordinated drawing for construction.

• Ensuring that all RFIs, CVIs and Design changes have been reflected on the construction drawings and the site team are working based on the latest drawings
