Optimization of process parameters on CNC lathe

Minitab 2015 Software, 3 axis CUB/XXZ semi-automatic CNC lathe &Tool handbook Project Description: This project mainly aimed at optimization of feed rate, spindle speed, depth of cut on Aluminium 6063 T6 work piece which was going through turning operation on 3 axis CUB/XXZ semi-automatic CNC lathe. We used Minitab 2015 Software for statistical analysis of our project and Tool handbook for selection and optimization of input parameters. We chose Aluminium 6063 T6 alloy because of its various applications in different industries, and due to its cost effectiveness and availability.
