PROJECT PROFILE:

Project no: 1

Title: Developed a project on Working of Drum Brake. When the brake pedal is applied the two curved brake shoes, which have a friction material lining, are forced against the inner surface of a rotating brake drum. The result of this contact produces friction which enables the vehicle to slow down.

Project no: 2

Title: Design and fabrication of Vertical Axis Wind Turbine. A helical wind turbine with a helix angle of 135 is designed, fabricated and tested. The wind turbine was tested at various locations at NH766 in Mysuru and a maximum power of 91.5Wh at wind speed of 12m/s.

WORKSHOPS ATTENDED:

1. Participated in a workshop “The Day @ GTTC” organized by GTTC Mysuru during April 2017. 2. Participated in the “Two day workshop on IC engine overhauling” organized by Techtrunk ventures Pvt .Ltd.
