Job Responsibilities:
Maintenance and calibration of various temperature, level, flow, pressure, weight measuring instruments from the manufactures of Wika, Rosemount, Mettler Toledo, Nova Weigh etc.
Hands of experience in Foundation Field Bus instruments like pressure transmitters, DP type level and flow transmitters, Radar (Interface type) level transmitters, Micro Motion mass flow meters, temperature transmitters and wireless level transmitters and control valves.
Calibration of panel instruments like electro-pneumatic positioner of Samson make and temperature controllers.
Maintenance of On/Off valves, temperature elements like thermo couple, RTD, pressure gauges, pressure switches, etc.
Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of Centrifugal & Decanters’ instruments.
Identifying standard components like motors, valves & control loops etc from P&ID. And generate typical data elements (points) for each of these components.
Supervision of DCS Installation, Marshalling Panel and Field Instruments Erection, Cable tray/Duct installation & Cable Laying and Loop Check activities.
To co-ordinate and supervise erection jobs and maintenance.
To review and check the loop drawings, cable specifications, JB schedules, data sheets,, specification & segment sheets of various instruments.
