Duties and Responsibilities
Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company's plan and vision.
Organizes workflow and ensures that members understand their duties and delegated tasks to acquire the expected output.
Monitors the productivity of members and providing constructive feedback and coaching as necessary.
Facilitate periodic meeting to keep track of the activities with respective target date.
Formulate training programs to enhance the skills of members as needed on the assigned task.
Assess the balance of workload and take action for situations that required adjustments.
Conduct checking and confirmation of technical reports such as Operation Instructions, Standards Operation Table, Monren, Event Checklist, etc. ensuring the compliance on target date both provision and revision.
Attend or facilitate meetings with regards to new product or model kick offs.
Assess the timing and strategy of Design Change adaptation and ensure that enough manpower to support the activity is arranged properly.
Ensure that all items highlighted in PDCA during event to mass production are monitored and considered as input to next product/model
Validate the wire tuning activity of members and ensures that minimum to zero wire tuning will be raised once launched to mass production.
Take initiative to contact FAS in case there are technical conflicts that cannot be clarified.
Analyze the root cause and take necessary action for lapses that cause delay or line stoppage related to Design Change Implementation, Event, evaluation or trial, etc.
Report the daily status of groups activity and special tasks highlighted at morning management meeting.
Promote continuous improvement to achieve plan for future growth within the company.
Take responsibility in the absence of Assistant Manager or Section Manager.
Conduct mid-year and end of the year evaluation of members to ensure that their productivity is still complying with the set Key Performance Indicators.
Give recommendation of members for promotion ensuring fairness of judgement.
Support the activities initiated by management ensuring that necessary action to take by the group is well coordinated with members.
