I have worked at sprint PCs now t- mobile for ** years by the time I left I worked my way up to team manager. We handled incoming calls for billing and phone issues and many other things. All work is done on computer while wearing a headset for incoming calls.After there I went to Siemens Business management, we were TSA handling all the screening equipment. Where ever there was a government machine we handled.All this was over the phone, explaining how the fix the problem. If the screener couldn’t repair we sent out our tech.
