Job Profile: Reporting to the Technical Director and Head of Projects, I am accountable for developing, implementing & maintaining project services group’s policies, processes, procedures, resources & tools within the company and Joint ventures. During the early stages of the project, I support the field development team, I develop cost estimates, capex phasing, baseline schedules, risk registers, economic input sheets, etc for various development options. During the define and execute stages of the project, I mobilize, re-organize, mentor and manage the project services team for that projects. I ensure that the MIS, progress reports and dashboards are accurate, complete, and transparent and issued timely. Role : Project Services Team Lead – GWES Facilities – FEED & Early execute stage - London & Muscat.
Job Profile: GWES portion ($1.7 Billion) of Khazzan project included well sites, roads, gas gathering facilities, water treatment facilities, operational camps, in-let and export pipelines. I was responsible for recruiting, training and leading a team of 47 project services professionals consisting of BP & PMT staff during the FEED and early execute stage of the project.
Achievements: Developed & finalized under-pinning schedules (FEED & Early Works) for easy transition to execute stage. Developed a new methodology to plan and monitor wellsite contractor, drilling team & Subsurface team achieving close integration of wells schedule and production ramp-up. Prioritized FEED contractor activities on critical procurement long leads, contract awards & early construction works. Set up planning, cost control system, ERP systems, WBS, Control budgets, Interface plans, progress consolidation mechanism & MOC systems for various work packages.

Trained team members on schedule and cost risk analysis processes and tools (Primavera risk & BRISK) to develop these skill sets in-house.
