Maintain records of Observations, safety committee meeting minutes, and other documents.

Check gas monitoring data and log sheet from fire watch.

Reporting of incident –accidents and Near miss reports.

Site monitoring inspection and finding substandard act, substandard conditions and hazard identification.

Organize campaign of work at height, pinch points, H2S awareness etc.

Ensuring of safety net, full body harness, 100 % tie up of safety harness, access ladder angle.

Inspection of confined space work, check confined space entry card validity, safety attendant, log sheet, communication wacky talky.

Lifting activity: Re-checking of lifting plan and lifting tools tackles third party certificates, signal men, rigger training card, safe working load of crane, ground surface level.

Give trainings of Induction, Work at height, Confined space, IMS.

Routine checkup of vehicle fire extinguisher, first aid kit, license validity.

Being part of internal and external Audits.

Provide awareness Signboards and Banners of speed limit, excavation, and work at height, confined space, lifting activity, H2S awareness, PPE and many more.

Provide information to the working crew for the site activity related hazard and control measure, PPE etc.

Ensuring of hard barricading near Deep excavation, and slopping, shoring or benching.

Reporting to the concern for the critical observations.
