WORK EXPERIENCE

Worked as service technician in HERO showroom, Wyra, Khammam

Servicing of motor bike like- cleaning of carburetor, cleaning of air filter, checking of brakes, changing brake oil, checking and replacing engine oil, maintenance of transmission system, checking of sprockets, water wash.

ACADEMIC PROJECT

Final year project- Design of foldable electric bicycle

Brought forward a concept which is compact and Eco-friendly, to carry easily and for the betterment of society and environment.

Main components of electric bicycle are- suspension, battery, hub motor, brakes, chassis, steering, hinges, hinge lock, dynamo, controllers etc.

Implemented front telescopic suspension system which reduces the vibrations experienced by the rider.

Hob motor of 48v and 500a is incorporated in rear wheel. This gives maximum velocity up to 60kmph.

48volts lead acid battery which generates up to 1000wat power is used.

Disc brakes are used in this e-bicycle.

Circular cross sections pipes are used to design vehicle.

Hinges are incorporated at the mid fold of the vehicle. a c-shaped clamp and threaded bolt is used to arrest the angular movement of hinge.

ACHIEVEMENTS

1.Actively participated in football game at district level and secured 2nd place.

2.Actively participated in kho kho game at zonal level and secured 1st place.
