• Extensive Millwright work involving pumps and gas compressors.

• Steam Valve Certified.

• Specialization in cutting double start and triple start stem nuts.

• 20 years experience as a Journeyman Machinist.

• Superior ability to perform all duties of Machinist/Millwright including: fabrication and installation of shafts, flanges, sprockets, water pump shafts and heavy equipment repairs including vertical and horizontal line boring.

• Good working knowledge of underground on gear boxes, crushers and splicing of conveyor belts.

• Contract Work in critical path and outage work at all nuclear generating stations such as: Ontario Hydro Nuclear Generating Plants and rebuilding GIW pumps, sleeves, wear plates, impellors, wear liners and screw conveyors. Adjust lmpellors, pack pumps, repack couplings with grease and laser alignment.
