ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY

Preparing Column Location and Beam Layout. These Layouts Fully Based on Architectural Plans.

After Approval From my Design Head. We Started Modelling by Using Staad.pro Software. Loads Calculation to be Done Based on Type of Building.

After Designing Size of Column and Beams. We Completely Analyzing Soil Report of Building for Designing A Footing.

We Discussed with Client About Footing Type and Started to Design a Footing Based on Client Recruitment (Footing Type)

After Completing Design, We Get Approval from My Project Leader for Drafting Process.

After Completing Drafting Process (Working Drawing for Site), We Prepare Billing of Quantity for Building (Structural and Architectural Material)

At Every Stages of Concreting, We Visit the Site and Checking Sizes and Rod Details Based on Structural Drawings.

During Site Visiting We Note the Merits and Feed Back from Building Contractors and Client
