Sourcing of suppliers & conducting negotiations with suppliers to obtain price quotation along with payment terms through formal & informal procedures.

To purchase quantities of material as requested by various sites through MRN at the lowest price consistent with required quality from supplier who will deliver purchased items at the specified time & place.

To co-ordinate with vendors for all correspondence concerning purchases, including price, return of defective or incorrect material, follow-up for shortage & damages or cancellation of order.
