Description – Making a hand injection Mould for making a plastic component for holding the keys at CTTC Bhubaneshwar in workshop which is held 15 days.

Description – Project aims to reduce the Problem in Chain Driven Bicycle and to enhance the comfort and performance of Bicycle.

Training

1.Organization – CTTC Bhubaneshwar

Description – 4 weeks training in Autocad which included 15 days project to make hand injection mould.

2.Organization – Mudra dies and Patterns Chakan, Pune

Description – 4 weeks inplant training in Mudra dies and Patterns. During the training I was exposed to the importance of casting in automobile industry, various die casting procedure (like GDC, LPDC, HPDC) process planning, die Casting inspection and quality checking.
