Specializing in migrating and updating current customer voice and network, I gather data on current customer network then develop and implement migration plan for newer systems or migrating to cloud UCaaS environment. Primarily involved in VoIP for Cisco Systems, common troubleshooting steps including route/switch and datacenter.
