Calsonic Kansei Motherson Auto Products LTD is a joint venture of Calsonic Kansei Japan which manufactures air conditioning systems for automobiles in India & other countries, manufacturing of HVAC and Engine cooling components like condensers, heaters, evaporators and radiators. It is also involved in Manufacturing of manifold tubes.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for achievements of production plans,

Look after the daily production problems & updating the daily production to Engineer,

Check the Availability of material before start of Production,

Calculating OEE on daily bases.

Fractal Board Updation,

Attend the Rejection Meeting with responsible function team,

Breakdown Attendance,

Skill Matrix Updation,

Attend the CFT Meeting,

Implementing quality practices on the machine floor,

Control the Customer PPM,

Reduce Internal Defects & Scrap rate,

Set up time and Cycle time reduction, Cost analysis,

Reporting to the production Engineer for the all activities of the line,

Job Observation,

Ensure proper checking and filling of the all Checklist. Training Attended:
