(AA, IA & PA) in the execution of their PTW duties when requested.

Carry out daily audits of the PTW system and provide a quality check on compliance with company policy

Coaching, mentoring and training of company and contractor staff.

Ensuring that new staff are registered in the PTW register at the appropriate level.

Attend all PTW meetings.

Facilitate and participate in higher level PTW audits.

Supply accurate data and reports regarding PTW status to HES and management teams.

Reporting significant or repetitive PTW issues and areas of non-compliance to the HES Team Leader and Field Manager.

Monitors/audits lock-out, tag-out system in relation to issued permits.

Tracks work permits through the entire life cycles from initiation to completion/close-out.

Ensure record-keeping requirements are met. Maintains daily permit log, listing permit types issues, location and scope of work.

Review of closed PTW, filing and keep the permits until the retention period.
