Specific Qualifications

Mr. Delgado has been instrumental in the modernization of Moreno Valley High School and completion of numerous ERP projects onsite including upgraded HVAC systems, new concrete, asphalt, sewer, storm drain and water lines for the entire campus. He also has an extensive background and numerous years experience with all aspects of Modular Building installations. He has been involved in projects that include new portable building installation and relocation of existing portable buildings at numerous schools and K-12 Districts. Some of his project responsibilities include:

Proper/Timely Scheduling of all trades involved

Proper dismantling/removal of buildings

Coordination of disconnects of existing

Systems at the old site (i.e. electrical, low

Voltage, security control, water, etc.)

Coordination of the move out from buildings to be relocated to temporary or permanent locations

Preparation of the new site for the buildings

Scheduling and coordination of new site utilities including water, sewer, electrical, telecom, controls, security, etc.

Setting of new buildings, ramps, closure panels, any concrete site work, fencing, etc. required.

Relevant skills and knowledge

In addition to his project specific responsibilities regarding portable building projects, he has knowledge regarding all types of construction including new buildings. Mr. Delgado has participated in preconstruction through closeout of projects and some of his specific skills include:
