RESPONSIBILITIES

Working as an Engineer in VESTAS WIND INDIA PVT LTD.

Perform on-site installation of systems and equipment and ongoing preventive maintenance, repair and commissioning after installation of wind turbines

Troubleshooting in 24V, 240V, 690V Electrical circuits and providing technical support in Electrical breakdowns.

Respond to requests for emergency repairs and services to troublesome equipment in Electrical & Hydraulic components

Provide technical instruction and assistance regarding installation, commissioning operation, repair and maintenance at wind turbines

Develop and further expand technical knowledge and expertise, currently recognized industry standards for engineering ability

People management and planning skills

Plan, prepare and conduct training programs as required, to impart basic training for new employee

Perform administrative functions; such as writing technical reports, ordering materials through SAP –ERP, preparing job status reports, reports to customers, time sheet and expense sheets on a complete timely, and thorough basis

Provide leadership and technical direction to perform work on wind turbines

Maintain strong safety mind-set to assure the executed work reflects the technical requirements within safety standards

Maintain knowledge to troubleshoot and provide routine maintenance checkout for wide range of equipment vintage

Produce CIR and CFA for the frequent failure component, analyzing the reports on LPF

(Lost Production Factor) & KPI (Key Performance Index).
