Supervise/ handle Chiller Plant and ACVS equipment operation

as per ePOM plan schedule.

Provide up to date report, weekly plant status and monthly report to mall resident engineer., company senior engineers and department managers.

Attend to B.A. officer's call from time to time for any concerns and discussions regarding HVAC operations.

Perform duties on behalf of the plant manager and chiller operator.

Check all equipment prior to plant start-up, check all chiller parameters if it is within operating range.

Checks auxiliary unit such as pumps and cooling towers, ensures to follow PMR Preventive Maintenance Schedule. Chiller Unit – Trane Centrifugal 1000TR, YORK Centrifugal 1000TR.

Making sure that the mall and all its tenants is in comfort level temperature by conducting space temperature profiling and made modifying comfort condition criteria as required to achieve energy saving objectives.

Inspect and approve all AC Installation of all Mall Tenants. Supervise PMI schedule done by TFPI operators, A/C technicians and provide QC inspection on all units. Duty Officer,
