WORK EXPERIENCE:

Taking a handover after joining the duty

Taking round of the floor and making sure that everything is fine

Performing various tests like alkalinity or carbonate hardness(Alkalinity in the water will help keep the waters pH stabilized),chloride, acidity using titration method

Performing chlorine test using liquid chemical OTO (Orthotolidine),and checking the TDS ( Total Dissolved Solids) of product water as well as RO water.

And also checking specific gravity of the syrup,juice,and checking the pH, pasteurization temperature, and also checking the gas volume of the final product.

And sensory evaluating the final product ( colour, appearance, odour and taste) making sure that everything is fine

Analysis of raw materials ( Labels rolls, LDPE rolls,carton boxes, ingredients, plastic closures,pet bottles and so on)

Maintaining daily logs and inventory.
