JOB ROLE

JUNIOR ENGINEER (Machine Shop Incharge)

· Yield performance – Critical in achievement of this performance measure, by managing the team, the process and ensuring the quality of the product.

· Availability performance – The Production Supervisor supports the Engineering team through regular inspections, as well as conducting basic lubrication and cleaning tasks through the Production Operators

· Cost – Process control through efficient energy use and raw material consumption, will have a strong impact on the operational costs

· Safety, Welfare and Morale – Essential in maintaining these elements within the Operators.

· Promote and ensure the health, safety and welfare of all Production Operators, other employees, contractors and visitors through the proactive implementation of both company and industry best practices

· Coordinate and ensure implementation of all activities of production functions.

· Drive production activities daily, and work closely with Production operators and Process Engineering/Engineering team members, in achieving an excellent Off Machine Yield.

· Establish a high level of discipline, and sustain this within the Operations team.

Lead an Autonomous Maintenance team in a chosen area, to drive out losses whilst improving performance.

WORKING EXPERIENCE

Working experience in Mechanical field of VMC 4 Years and half 11 Months from 2016 April to February 2021.

I have done my final Project title of Design of helical spring by using the composite material.
