-Lid sealing,and capping (Device encapsulation )

-Inspect product, and log all documents

Fast Semiconductor : Anaheim, CA Machine Operator - Wire onding including K& S 1470,K& S 484,West Bond - Automatic,Delvotec machine to meet requirement of specification of new product - Solder cables,hardness, and sensor devices - Perform QC Inspection .
