Travel Buddy(Voice System Design)– VUI Designer

• Built a smart voice system that helps low-vision tourists explore the city of Tokyo using miro, voice flow and followed ADA standards.
• Conducted user research, built alexa skill taxonomy and led design of smart speaker interface. User testing suggested an estimation of 200% time saved during tourist activities.
