Within In my role, I oversee the complete day to day operations, Including but not limited to, facilities maintenance, construction and fit outs, private residence and multifamily operations along with commercial/Industrial operations and class A office operations, portfolio purchasing and bid/contract sourcing and execution of such, due diligence inspections and coordination of third party trades and inspections of PCA & ESA, portfolio vendor/trade contracts, budgeting and capital expenditures, hire and terminating with direct support to HR, staff training, overseeing the IT dept. development of employee policies and procedures, negotiation third part utility market contracts, expense allocations via a newly introduce Concur operating system, payroll field allocation via ExakTime system recently introduced with GPS Geo fence, develop performance goals on leasing and marketing within our multifamily communities, liaison between trades/contractors, and the same with tenants and landlord, oversight of our aviation department and aircraft ground support department for the principals aircrafts and several tenants aircrafts between two hangars, in house fleet management of 46 vehicles, logistics, along with portfolio wide invoice review and approval.
