Lead cells, I also headed up a project team in charge of distribution and production Layout changesthat was in charge of redesigning the plant layout. We created a new plant layout over a 2 year period. I was also in charge of a team that redesigned the warehouse to drive proficiencies. This had proven results in reducing maximize product flow. I lowered the head count of the trimmer blade department labor by 50% and increasing productivity 30% also in the distribution center and loading dock areas were able to reduce load time 20% and decreased Pick travel time by 10%.raised the production by 30% by redesigning the processes and justifying new equipment purchases. During this time I supervised several different departments of the plant as we rotated every so often to give a new outlook and fresh ideas to departments.
