Manage day to day operation at the NS Intermodal Rail Terminal which involves monitoring safety and production performance of 250,000 lift yearly terminal and 70 employees as well as tracking and reporting KPI results to Senior Leadership. Oversee setting and maintaining budget control for 3 phases of the terminal that include rail, equipment repair and trailer repair.
