Job Responsibilities in process & New product development:

●Tyre building process conversion from manual m/c to semi auto m/c.

●Fixing process & product specification inputs for proto (Green spec) samples of OEM/AM in new product development.

●Making proto tyres & Preparing inspection standard.

●Tyre testing to ensure the basic requirements & product dimensions as per BIS and IITAC standards.

●Failure mode analysis in new products.

●Tyre performance improvement based on the test results to meet customer requirements.

●Improvement projects to resolve field complaints from after market & fitment,trueness imbalance issues from OEM.

●Process assessment for New product development.

●Industrialization of new materials and compounds

●Responsible for New Product development (Including raw materials)

●72” Calendaring Process Optimization

●Ensure Product Quality as per customer requirement (internal & external).

●Resolving Technical process issue by effective corrective actions.

●Attending Technical issues at the customer premises.

●Preparing the Root Cause Analysis reports.

●Maintaining the Process Control plan, Process flow diagram.

●Analyzing the Statistical Process Control (spc) charts.

●Reviewing & ensuring the Cp, Cpk study reports & monthly performance charts.

●Facilitating area effectiveness teams in which analyzing the END TO END & Overall rejection & other chronicle issues.

●Minimizing internal Process rejection PPM level within target by continual process improvement & Leading the Technical team to achieve the PPM.

● Specification Preparation of new product & resolving customer’s complaints.

● Analyzing the customer required Sample Production & process/status plan.

●Preparation of Process Technical Specification and Approval

●Accountable for pre-mass production & mass production trials at prototype to minimize the problem during the start of new product mass production.

●Coordinating the entire product development including requirement analysis.

●Receiving & Modifying Customer Requirements as Per Technical Specification.

● Mono filament to Multi Filament yarns implementation for Process Issues Elimination.
